Crafting Curriculums that Crisscross the Globe
I'm Laura, an Early Years Specialist and rigorous constructor of tailor-made Curricula and Content. I am a learning strategist with over 10 years experience in the spearheading of international research-based digital, and onsite curriculum development.
As Director of Curriculum for a Preschool, I strategically implemented UbD backward design processes for the integration of onsite and blended learning programs for an international school. Managing the learning of 120+ students, I aligned with 78+ standards, researched industry trends, and collaborated with SMEs to improve student performance, metrics, and goals. Directing performance analysis across all educational programs, I leveraged data-driven solutions, project planned, and implemented improvement plans which resulted in a 15% increase in student and stakeholder success and enhanced teacher efficacy.
At the heart of my work, is inclusivity.
With keen attention to detail, my practice promotes specific learning differences (including neurodiversity), embraces the underpinnings of diverse learning styles, and celebrates our unique differences.
FUTURE
My future focuses on furthering my expertise by entering into the Ed Tech field as a Curriculum Developer or Education Project Manager for Learning Management Systems or Educational Institutes.

Outside of work you'll find me devouring literature related to psychology and relationships, always drawn to stories of resilience and transformation. On the pathway to being the best version of myself, I also love fitness pursuits, regularly spinning and hitting the gym.
